October was a busy but fun month for Lindo Mexico Restaurante. We kicked off with the annual Pumpkin Path at Lamar Park, our staff had fun dressing up as the characters from Coco the movie. The kids enjoyed taking pictures with Miguel and mama Coco as well as with the rest of the characters. The event was a success for we had an endless line with amazing costumes lots of candy and lots of fun! Thank you to Lamar Park for providing a safe environment for our kids in our community so they can enjoy and have a great time with their families.
Short after we brought deliciousness to the 8th annual Fork Fest! Where Lindo Mexico cooked up some delicious vegetarian Tamales (Roasted poblano peppers with cheese and bean/cheese tamales). Gotta say the high demand was on the roasted poblano pepper tamales for they were the first to go. We can not leave out our Pong Tamale game, Where kids and adults had a blast trying to make it into the mugs to win a prize!! Thank you, Fork Fest for hosting and event where local business have the opportunity to engage with our community and other local businesses. A well as teaching and allowing our people to support local owned businesses.
Last but not least we ended this month with a Halloween pumpkin Contest amongst our Lindo rockstars. Our team memebers had the opportunity to get creative and show of their talents by decorating a pumpkin. The winner was selected by the most votes by our Lindo costumers.
Our winner was the wicked witch! Congratulations!!! ... a huge Thank you to all of our costumers who voted and joined the fun!
