Many limited time specials have been added to Lindo Mexico's menu for this special occasion. Here's a look at all the delicious meals, desserts, and drinks! - Appetizers | Uchepos - Two homemade semi-sweet corn tamales, topped with sour cream and ground fresh Mexican cheese. Served with spicy salsa.
Appetizers | Salsa de Mango Dip - Raw salsa made with onions, cilantro, mango, cucumber, lime, salt, and sprinkled with Tajin and fresh ground Mexican cheese. Served with fresh chips.
Appetizers | Bean Dip - Homemade refried beans topped with onions, cilantro, and fresh ground Mexican cheese. Served with fresh chips and a homemade Chile de Arbol salsa.
Main Entrees | Enchiladas de Mole Ranchero - Two la Favorita corn tortillas rolled with your choice of chicken or cheese, topped with our delicious homemade Mole Ranchero sauce and light melted cheese. Served with Mexican rice and Refried beans.
Main Entrees | Enchiladas Verdes - Two La Favorita corn tortillas rolled with your choice of chicken or cheese, topped with fresh ground Mexican cheese, onions, and spicy salsa verde. Served with Mexican rice, refried beans, sour cream, and avocado slices.
Main Entrees | Sopes - Two round homemade corncakes topped with light refried beans with your choice of chicken or ground beef, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, onions, and cilantro. Served with Mexican rice and refried beans.
Main Entrees | Tacos Mexicanos - Two marinated pork or steak tacos served with El Milagro corn tortillas, topped with pickled onions. Served with Mexican rice, refried beans, grilled onions, grilled jalapeno, radish, limes, and a special Chile de Arbol salsa.
Desserts | Pastel Impossible - A two layer cake made of vanilla flan (Mexican custard) and Mexican chocolate cake, served with local fresh berries and cajeta (Mexican caramel).
